What is Sarwatch?

Sarwatch is an automated travel safety notification system.

With it you tell us your travel intentions and a time by which you expect to have returned safely. If you do not contact us again by that time to "disarm" the system Sarwatch will automatically send an Alert Message to people you have nominated as Trusted Contacts.

Your Trusted Contacts will then be provided with login details for our Trusted Contact Assistance website, where they will be provided with your full travel details, and other information, to assist them to find you.

NOTE: It is up your Trusted Contacts to find you or get the authorities involved in a search. MyRedFlare will not do this for you (we are ONLY an information service).

Whether you are going on a day trip, a night out on the town, or a full-on multi-day journey into the wilderness, our Sarwatch system will let people know if you do not return on time.

	If we have doubts about a traveller's safety our Sarwatch system sends an Alert Message to that person's trusted contact people. The Alert Message advises them to visit our "Trusted Contact Assistance" section for full details, including:
Travel plan information provided by the traveller. Last advised location. A Strategy Guide, with general suggestions about how to go about locating the missing person.	Contact details for various Authorities and Emergency Services who may be of assistance. Other information available to the Sarwatch system which may assist, such as records from previous Sarwatch usage, etc.
