How To Use SARWATCH...

This page gives a basic explanation of how to use our Sarwatch system using this website.

The basic steps you will complete for your first use of Sarwatch are outlined below.

1.	Sign Up	Sign Up for free registration with of MyRedFlare and login. If you have not already done so, click Sign Up and register with MyRedFlare. Free email-only system operation is now available.
2.		Click the DETAILS button to check YOUR contact details. Check that your personal details are correct.  You may choose to add any additional information about yourself which may help you to be located should you go missing.
3.		Click on the CONTACTS button to specify your Trusted Contacts. Enter contact details for one or two family members or trusted friends. These are the people who will be contacted by email in the event that you become "missing in action".
4.		Click on the PLAN button to enter an itinerary or route for your trip. Depending on the type of journey, you might include: -- Planned route or itinerary, departure date, travel method; -- Names of travelling companions; -- Travel company name and contact details; -- Your expected destination contact details;
5.		Click on the ARM button to set an Alert Time and ARM Sarwatch. Enter an Alert Time, which is a date and time by which you will contact us again to disarm the system after your trip.  This is the time at which Alert Messages will be sent to your Trusted Contacts.
6.		DISARM Sarwatch after you arrive safely! ALWAYS remember to disarm Sarwatch before your Alert Time to prevent Alert Messages being sent to your contacts.

NOTE: You need to make the system status buttons "ALL GREEN" to activate the SARWATCH system. To use the SARWATCH system click on the AMBER buttons to enter the necessary information.
(STATUS COLOR CODE: GREEN = Active (valid data), AMBER = Data required, RED = Sarwatch Alert)

• If you do not disarm Sarwatch in time then Alert Messages will be sent to your contacts, including useful info to help them find you. Click here for details.

• Your DETAILS and CONTACT info are retained, so the next time you wish to use Sarwatch you need only enter a new PLAN and then ARM the system.
