Howto: Arm Sarwatch by SMS text message
Sarwatch can be controlled by sending specific
command messages to one of our SMS inbound numbers
(if you have set your mobile number and SMS password on your Details page
and have SMS credits available).
ARM SARWATCH with NEW PLAN
| SMS command: | SMSpwd arm n intentions |
| where... | SMSpwd = YOUR sms password set on Details page. n = number of hours from now (range 1-240). intentions = your plan description (max 150 chars) |
| Note: | System Armed with Alert Time of n hours from the next “o'clock” hour, and message replaces any existing plan you may have set. |
| Returns: | Confirmation message with Alert Time in your local time. |
Example (assuming our SMS number is in your contacts list under Myredflare, and SMS password has been set to "abcde" on Details page):
Send text message To: Myredflare abcde arm 6 Party at Ginza, Bongo Bar, with Stevo. |

Sarwatch does not care if you use the website or SMS messaging to control it. For example, you can disarm using the website or via SMS message, the result is the same.
