SMS Alerts to your Trusted Contacts

MyRedFlare can send SMS Alert Messages to your contacts, in addition to the standard email Alert Messages (if you fail to disarm in time). They will then know straight away that you have gone missing, rather than whenever they next check their emails.

Operate our Sarwatch system from your mobile/cellphone

There are a range of Sarwatch functions which you can perform by sending SMS messages, such as arming and disarming the system, and confirming your safety after an alert.

How do I get this?

It is simple... to add SMS messaging to your account...

1. Upgrade your account to "SMS" status, by purchasing a quantity of "SMS Credits", and maintaining a positive SMS credit balance. You should ensure that your account has a minimum balance of 8 SMS credits remaining to allow for all possible eventualities of Alert Messages and follow-ups should you fail to Disarm SARWATCH in time.

2. Include your mobile/cellphone number and an SMS password to be used by you when you send a SMS command to MyRedFlare. This is done on your DETAILS profile page after logging in.

3. Include a mobile/cellphone number for each of your Trusted Contacts, in the correct international format, to allow Alert messages to be sent to them if necessary.

Note: Each SMS message sent by MyRedFlare, either to you or to your Trusted Contacts, causes 1 SMS credit to be deducted from your account.
